Abstract

1. Who can get free HPV shots from PUSH?
For both undergraduate students and graduate students, if you bought the student health insurance from PUSH, and you are under 27, you will get three free shots from PUSH.

2. What if I am a student in Purdue with the student insurance, but I am over 27?
You need to pay 15 dollars/shot (totally 45 dollars for three shots).

3. What if my insurance is with my family?
You may need to get the shot from your somewhere else followed by your parents' insurance. If you would like to take shots from PUSH, you will need to ask if the bill will sent to your family and figure out the payment from your original insurance, but PUSH will not pay it.

4. What if I do not have insurance?
You can still get the shot in PUSH, but for all three shots, you need to pay about 174 dollars (the price may not be accurate).
