What lesson learnt from COVID-19 Pandemic : Reform policy for health and education sector institutions

Dear researchers , I want  to quest for two important questions  in line with COVID-19.

What lesson learnt for health institutions  ( starting from WHO to national level ) ?

What lesson learnt for education institutions ? specially to reform the current curriculum!

The answer for these two questions will save the world for  any pandemic in future , too!

Also, here is some information I just received:

I would very much like to exchange perspectives with you on the LinkedIn and Twitter posts that contain excerpts from my new book, “Innovating in Health Care: Creating Breakthrough Services, Products, and Business Models” (https://www.amazon.com/Innovating-Healthcare-Creating-Breakthrough-Services/dp/1119543002).

The book is a detailed toolkit about “how to” innovate health, and is especially timely given the immense demands for health care innovation placed on the global health system from COVID-19.

My posting of excerpts from the book on social media have drawn tens of thousands of views in a few weeks, but I am very interested in yours as well.
