| Description: | GIS Day provides an international forum for users of geographic information systems (GIS) technology to demonstrate real-world applications that are making a difference in our society. The GIS Day celebration at Purdue started from 2012. This annual event promotes an educational framework that works to enrich spatial learning and data engagement between post-secondary education and grades 6-12. This year’s program will be hosted at the Purdue’s Discovery Learning Research Center. |
