Consistency is critical and structure is key to consistency. We need to identify Goals, Objectives, and Targets (G.O.T.s) as a strategy for our productivity success. This should be done weekly with good Decisive Decision Making.
4 Steps in Performance and Productivity: 1.) Set Goals for objectives such as Research, Teaching, Service, Personal 2.) Force goals into Weekly Allocation 3.) Identify Sub-tasks 4.) Create a Weekly Task Completion List tied to productivity and performance
