Current K-12 Projects on the hub:
  • SLED Science Learning through Engineering Design, is a National Science Foundation Math Science Partnership project of Purdue University’s Colleges of Education, Engineering, Science, and Technology; the Discovery Learning Research Center; regional industries; and the Lafayette, Tippecanoe, Plymouth, and Taylor Community schools.
    The goal of the SLED partnership is to improve science learning in grades 3-6 through the integration of an engineering design-based approach to science learning in the targeted grades..
  • Research Goes to School is a multi-faceted program that delivers the global research topic of sustainable biofuel energy into high school science, technology, and math classrooms. It is developing a best-practice model for delivering a variety of grand challenge research topics into high school classrooms,
  • The Grade School Teachers Group was created as a group where grade school teachers can go to interact with each other ouside of any particular project.
  • The Middle School Teachers Group was created as a group where middle school teachers can go to interact with each other outside of an particular project.
  • The High School Teachers Group was created as a group where high school teachers can go to interact with each other outside of any particular project.
