Who We Are
We are a Community of Practice in Equity and Privilege at Purdue University. Comprised of active participants from STEM departments and centers as well as from the liberal arts, we meet regularly to learn from each other and from outside sources about how to become more equitable educators. Our meetings are open; to all those interested in equity and privilege in higher education, please join us.
The Community of Practice is facilitated by Dr. Fatma Mili, Director of the Center for Transinstitutional Capacity Building and Educational Equity in STEM (TransformSTEM) and Professor in the CIT Department.
