Applications are now open for the Broader Engagement Program in the Super Computing 2012 Conference

Category: Conference
Description: The Broader Engagement (BE) component of the Communities Program focuses on increasing the involvement of individuals from traditionally underrepresented groups in the SC'12 conference and in the High Performance Computing (HPC) domain. Through this program, competitive grants will be made available to support travel to and participation in the SC'12 technical program and exhibits.

Applications for the BE program are currently being accepted. Individuals from underrepresented groups in HPC and belonging to any computing-related disciplines are encouraged to apply. The applicants can either choose to apply under the Standard Track or the Advanced Track. While the Standard Track is intended for newcomers to SC, the Advanced Track is intended for the returning and/or advanced BE participants who are interested in accessing the tutorials with partial support from the conference.
