    Currently Professor of Food Technology and Nutrition, have been lecturing and conducting research for 30 years. Main areas of research have been in postharvest technology, food safety and nutrition that have generated scientific data enhancing value addition to food and significant contribution to food and nutrition security in Uganda. Have conducted over 40 research projects as PI, Co-PI and collaborator in addition to national and international consultancies in scientific areas. Have published over 60 publications in refereed journals. Have supervised over 30 Graduate students to completion, have attended and presented papers in more than 100 international scientific meetings.
