  Dr. Winston Massam is an Assistant Professor in Assessment Measurement and Evaluation in Education. His areas of specialization include classroom assessment and evaluation; Scale development and validation; Item Response Theory and Analysis; and Quantitative methods. In research, Winston’s expertise ranges from mixed method research to pure quantitative research with a plethora of experience in Regression analysis, Experimental design and analysis, Multivariate design and analysis, Factor analysis and Structural equation modeling. He is also an expert in using a number of computer analytical tools for quantitative methods, some of which include SPSS, AMOS, LAVAN, R-Code, and FLexMIRT for Item Response Theory.
