LASER (Long-term Assistance and Services for Research) PULSE (Partners for University-Led Solutions Engine) hosts a global network of university researchers and development practitioners from government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the private sector collaborating on research-driven practical solutions to critical development challenges in USAID Interest countries. We aim to transform the development enterprise by:
A network of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) – more than 50 universities from across Asia, Africa, and Latin America and 8 US universities who will work in partnership to define research topics and conduct research grants awarded by the program.

Core to this approach are four pillars- partnership, process, product, and dissemination. Read more here.
