This module will help guide you through creating impactful trainings toward awareness, understanding, skill acquisition, and skill application. Learn how to use a backward design process, maximize face-to-face time, and design activities that best get to the level of application you expect your trainees to reach.
Overview:
- To provide a rationale for engaging stakeholders in the design of your training activities, and
- To provide examples and activities for further skill development.
Our hope is that a variety of individuals – including those in research, government, and NGO settings – will find this module to be a helpful introduction to strengthening their own skills around designing training toward research translation.
