This article helped clarify the emerging mapping systems in collaborating data to be presented in geomorphology. It is a method of analyzing glacier impact on land development and reveals trends associated with glacier movement.

My understanding through the Ripple Project would be the data collected there would help in the determination of this mapping strategy.

I’m reading through several of Jon Harbor’s articles to try to get an idea for his particular field of research in association with moraines. This article is specific and a little hard to follow but shares good information about dating techniques the idea of glaciation and multiple overriding incidents. They are able to track this movement through the soil and boulder composition.
