Personal Development Interview Protocol
This is a protocol for conducting a developmental interview. We are inviting people to adopt this structure as a way to further our personal and group development. We are imagining that we'll each conduct 3-5 interviews and share the patterns that we found around mid-March 2016.
Roger offers his willingness to work via phone/Skype for anyone who is interested in practicing the interview.
